Your continued use of the Website will constitute acceptance of the then-current version of the Terms and Conditions. 

9. Effectiveness

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions are found to be unenforceable in any jurisdiction, then in that jurisdiction, the Terms and Conditions shall remain in full effect with exception to the exact provisions which is unenforceable, and the unenforceable provision shall be read to be construed to the maximum effect permitted by law in order to effectuate the original intent of the provision. The Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect in other jurisdictions.
